These terms apply to Dilli Protest Run, a free browser game operated by DelhiProtestrun at dilliprotestrun.com. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. Questions can be sent to dilliprotestrun@gmail.com.

The game and its fictional setting

Dilli Protest Run is an arcade game inspired by Delhi streets. Its cartoon characters, slogans, chase sequences and endings are fictional or satirical. The game is not affiliated with or endorsed by any depicted person, political party, government, religious organisation or other group. In-game events are not factual reporting, instructions for real-world protest, or promises of real-world action.

Playing and acceptable use

You may use the website for personal entertainment. Do not disrupt the service, overload its servers, distribute malware, interfere with other visitors, or manipulate the live player counter. Do not create automated ad views or clicks or encourage artificial advertising activity. If you encounter a security issue or a content concern, contact us instead of exploiting it.

Chai tokens, scores and rewards

Chai tokens, scores, unlocks, memes and fictional vouchers exist only within the game. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money or goods, and do not affect any real person's legal status. The game does not offer cash prizes or real-money gambling.

Local saves and availability

Progress is stored in your current browser, without a player account or cloud backup. Clearing site data, changing browsers or devices, or storage restrictions may remove progress. We cannot recover a local save that we do not hold. The game needs compatible browser graphics support; availability and performance can vary, and features may change or be interrupted.

Content and intellectual property

Game code and assets may have different licences. Any rights explicitly granted by an applicable open-source or asset licence remain in effect; these terms do not override those licences. Third-party notices are available in the asset credits. Do not misrepresent someone else's work as your own or imply an endorsement that does not exist. Email us about copyright or other rights concerns with enough detail to identify the material.

Advertising and external links

The website may display advertisements. Ads are separate from game controls and do not need to be clicked to play or earn in-game rewards. An advertisement or external link is not an endorsement by DelhiProtestrun. External websites and any purchases made there are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
